I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in fisheries and wildlife biology from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and I've worked in the wildlife profession for 18 years, which includes 16 years with MNDNR Division of Fish & Wildlife. My on-the-job passion is land preservation through acquisition and conservation easements. My off-the-job passion is big game hunting, especially white-tailed deer, mule deer, and elk.
