ASPRS member for fifty years.  Primary work experience of 42 years at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and its predecessor organizations starting with the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center in 1962.  Primary work experience in R&D activities from the mid-1970sin St. Louis MO and Washington DC area offices. Received MS Civil Engineering - Photogrammetry, Purdue University, 1977; BS Mathematics, Creighton University, 1962.
